Who is Simon Parker Cuisine?

Simon has over 12 years experience in the restaurant industry from rustic pubs, football stadiums and fine-dining restaurants to ski chalets and luxury villas. Having lived in many countries, he has a wealth of experience in different cultures and food which is evident in the creativity and variety of his creations.

Now, his talents lie in crafting the perfect private-dining experience.

Outside of cooking, Simon spends some of his time hanging from the ceiling as an aerial circus performer alongside climbing rocks.
